Project Summary

In this comprehensive project with Mia Academy, we redesigned not only the visual identity but also the entire communication and organizational structure. Aligned with the slogan “Mindfulness in Aligners,” we built a consistent and future-focused brand presence, contributing across all channels — from internal operations to digital advertising.

By the end of the project, we achieved:

  • 100% increase in participant numbers
  • 400% growth in social media engagement

This success transformed Mia Academy from an educational organization into the foundation of a new platform for doctors, set to launch in 2026.


About the Brand and Project Needs

Mia Academy is an education-focused institution specializing in dental sciences, offering mindfulness-centered training programs. However, its previous visual identity and operational structure were not aligned with this vision.

The needs were clear:

  • A trustworthy and modern brand appearance
  • A robust and scalable digital infrastructure

Strategy and Implementation

1. Brand Identity & Positioning

  • We developed a memorable visual identity built around the theme “Mindfulness in Aligners”
  • Redesigned the logo, typography, color palette, and social media voice
  • Applied the new brand identity consistently across the website, social platforms, and physical event spaces

2. Digital Integration

  • Rebuilt the website with a user-friendly interface, streamlined registration system, and detailed course pages
  • Designed original Instagram ads, video promos, and content tailored to the target audience

3. Event Process Management

  • Pre-event: Communicated course details, agenda, venue info, and requirements to participants
  • On-site: Designed event signage, branded materials, and visual elements aligned with the new brand identity
  • Post-event: Produced digital content focusing on participant feedback and engagement

Results & Impact

  • Participants: 100% increase
  • Social media engagement: 400% growth
  • Brand perception: 92% of attendees reported “feeling trust in the brand”

Mia Academy Platform Vision (2026)

Thanks to the project’s success, Mia Academy expanded its vision. The next phase:

  • Evolve Mia Academy into a platform where doctors can create and deliver their own courses, fully supported by the agency team
  • Trainers will manage their content within the Mia ecosystem
  • A custom dashboard will allow educators to track earnings, participant numbers, and event schedules
  • All logistics, promotion, and campaign operations will be managed end-to-end by Mia Academy
