Project Summary

From day one, we carried out a holistic brand consultancy process for the Motto brand. We followed a comprehensive strategy that covered all areas including brand concept, target audience definition, competitor analysis, investor presentations, business planning, revenue models, and sub-brand development.

In just 4 years, Motto has grown into an international brand with:

  • 7 branches
  • 1,200 m² production facility
  • Coffee factory in Dubai

As of 2027, Motto is on track to reach a revenue target of ₺150 million, continuing its rapid growth.

2. Business Plan, Financial Model & Organization

  • Annual revenue grew from ₺500K in 2020 to ₺45M in 2024
  • Infrastructure and strategies set to reach ₺150M by 2027
  • Each new entity (branch, factory, etc.) was integrated into a central organizational model
  • Separate revenue models and growth strategies were designed for each unit

3. Structuring of Sub-Brands

  • Bonno Bakery Factory positioned as the brand for frozen and bakery products
  • Ninni Coffee Factory structured as a boutique, coffee-centric brand
  • Each sub-brand received custom positioning, target audience, communication style, and distribution strategies

4. Investor Presentations and Expansion Planning

  • Professional investor decks and growth projections were developed
